Object Management Group is soliciting student poster submissions from full-time undergraduate, graduate or doctoral students on topics relating to OMG standards or related technology areas.
Students must have a sponsoring academic advisor listed on their application, and the completed application must be submitted at least three (3) months prior to the OMG Technical Committee (TC) meeting at which they would be presenting. Please note that the author of the poster must be present during the poster session. The academic advisor is also invited to attend. See upcoming OMG Technical Committee meeting dates here.
Poster submissions will be reviewed and refereed by members of the OMG Academic Working Group with support from topic-appropriate Task Force and Special Interest Group chairsAll submitters will be notified as to their acceptance status. Authors of accepted posters will be notified at least 4 weeks prior to the event.
Poster sessions will take place during the OMG TC meeting in the exhibit area on Wednesday afternoon from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm. The author (and advisor) is also invited to attend the evening networking reception from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
Accepted posters will also be hosted in PDF form on the OMG website with credit given to the author and the academic advisor. For more information, please contact email@example.com
